Introducing the Play Test Arena (PTA)
The Tap Project has continued to develop and grow over the past couple years. We currently reached a milestone of over 5000 platform users! With this growth to platform users we thought it would be a great time to introduce the Play Test Arena (PTA).
The Play Test Arena (PTA) is the Tap Platform’s backend testing arena where the development team tests and works on new games to the platform, new Steam challenges, and new e-sports tournaments.
This leads us to introduce the latest games that we are currently exploring! Last month, Apex Legends launched with the Tap Platform new e-sports tournament system, Showdown (read more about showdown here). We have received great feedback so far and we want to continue the pace. Which is why we have started testing the brand new shooter, Splitgate : Arena Warefare. Splitgate has a great opportunity to become a heavy e-sports title and the team wants to be apart of it.
Secondly, we are working on rotating Fornite into our Seasonal Challenges. As users know, Challenges allows gamers to convert their in-game achievements and rewards to TTT, and we are happy to be testing Fornite!
