How to use the Tap N Go Rewards Beta app
An in-depth look at the Tap N Go Rewards Beta App and its features
With the latest update to the Tap N Go Rewards Beta App (v1.3) there have been a lot of added features and more opportunities to earn rewards while playing games. This is why we decided to release a small “How to Guide” for new and existing users getting into the space.
The guide has been written in English and Translated in the following languages

So before we begin, if you haven’t already go over to the Google Play store and download the latest Tap N Go Rewards update HERE.
Additionally, make sure to download the latest Tap Shop update HERE.
To best serve users let’s begin right from the beginning. Lets establish some ground rules. In order to earn Go Tokens in the Tap N Go Rewards Beta App, a user must do one or more of the following:
- Play Games (Partner or Main)
- Watch Videos
- Complete Surveys
In order for a user to request a Direct Reward Giftcard, they must do one or each of the following:
- Complete Partner Game offers (minimum amount of 500)
- Complete Surveys
In order for a user to participate in Prize Pools, they must do one or each of the following:
- Play Games (Partner or Main)
- Watch Videos
- Complete Surveys
Getting an understanding of how to earn and what you are eligible for will make it easier to navigate the Tap N Go Rewards app.
Main Challenge Page
Once users download the app and complete the onboarding process, users are ushered onto the main page of the Tap N Go Rewards App.
Here users can download the latest mobile games and earn Go Tokens that they can use for Prize Pool Entries in the Tap Shop.
Currently, Go tokens earned from these games do not add to the Partner Challenge minimum point requirement ( we discuss this later in the article ).
Videos and Surveys
In addition to watching videos users are able to complete surveys in order to earn more Go Tokens. Surveys completed in this section add towards the users Partner Challenge minimum ( survey points may take 2–10 minutes to be verified), where normal videos are eligible for Prize Pools.
Partner Challenges
All games, and surveys on the Partner Challenge page contribute towards a users minimum requirement of 500. Here users can select individual partner tasks or choose from the Featured Tasks below. It is important to note any Go-Tokens earned on this page, go towards a users minimum Partner Challenge amount. Complete the minimum of 500 and return to the Tap Shop and the Direct Reward will be unlocked.
Advantage +
The advantage plus navigation bar is a brand new bar that is the hub spot for users. Here users can learn more information about becoming a Tapcoin (“TTT”) member (membership bonuses coming soon), view their Go-Token wallet balance, Unlock Direct Rewards, and enter into Prize Pools. We encourage users to head to the advantage + hub if they want to be redirected to certain features within the Tap Shop.
Tap Platform
The Tap platform navigation is for users who have connected their accounts to the Tap Platform . Users are able to sign in and access their game information, Steam Challenge game redemption and check their Tap Vaults. We are looking to expand this section in the future as we bring the Tapcoin closer to the mainstream and increase its use within the Tap ecosystem.
Tap Shop
Lets discuss a little about the Tap Shop and where it falls into place for users. The Tap Shop is the primary location for users to request direct rewards, enter Prize pools and view their Go-Token Wallet balance. There will be additional rewards and other ways to spend Go-tokens in the Tap Shop in future updates.
Direct Reward Giftcards
Here users can unlock the ability to request Direct Reward Giftcards. Users are required to complete a minimum of 500 points to unlock direct giftcards. To start users will be able to request Paypal rewards (additional reward options coming soon).
Prize Pools
Users can use all points collected from playing games (Partner or Main) watching videos or completing surveys, to enter into prize pool draws for a chance at larger, easier, but not guaranteed winnings. Each prize pool entry is 1000 Go-Tokens.
Once you navigate through all the menus you have a greater understanding of how to navigate and use the Tap N Go rewards app and the Tap Shop.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have earned enough Go-tokens to unlock Direct reward giftcards, now what?
Once a user has completed enough points to unlock the direct rewards app, they must head over to the Tap Shop, by either going through the Advantage + and pressing “unlock now” or directly opening the Tap Shop. Once inside the Tap Shop, you’ll notice that the restrictions are lifted and you are presented with a few different options depending on how many points Partner Challenge points you completed. 500 points are required for a 1$ direct reward giftcard, 1000 points are required for a 2$ direct giftcard, and so on and so forth. There is no maximum amount of Partner Challenge points that you can accumulate, so the more you have the more you can request.
What if I don’t have enough points to unlock Direct Reward giftcards?
If you do not have enough you will be prompted with this notification. Once you click “Complete Challenges” you will be redirected to the Partner Challenge page where you can begin your journey unlocking direct rewards.
I don’t understand the Direct Rewards, are they always unlocked once I unlock them once?
Once you complete the minimum requirement and request a giftcard, you must complete the minimum requirement again in order to request further amounts. If you do not request, it remains open until you request a giftcard. This allows users to go as high as they prefer before requesting for a direct reward.
To make it easier, consider the unlocking of the direct rewards as a game “Quest”. Your quest is to gather at least 500 go tokens from Partner Challenges (surveys or partner games) to be able to unlock direct reward giftcards. Now, when you complete the quest the doors to the direct reward giftcard open up. However, when you request they close again sending you back out on your Quest to unlock it again.
Sometimes I complete Partner Challenges, tasks or surveys but I don’t receive any points. What Do I do?
Due to verification, your points may take anywhere from 2–10 minutes to register as completed and therefore, may not reflect as a Partner Challenge contribution right away. If you notice that it has taken longer than 30 minutes to register, you can fill out the form within the Partner Challenges that states, “Missing Tokens” for assistance. You will be required to provide proof completion by a way of screenshot for verification and security purposes.
Some Partner Challenges or Surveys are not available for me, what do I do?
Depending on your region and location, you may not be eligible for all the Partner tasks or surveys. If you find you are not eligible it is best to try again another time as surveys and offers become available daily.
I liked the old way of getting rewards, this way is hard.
We understand that this is new for some users but we have taken the feedback from the community over the last few months of the beta and put together the best possible solution for all parties. Having both direct rewards and prize pools combines the best of both worlds for users and provides the maximum opportunity to earn money playing games! Some tasks are easier than others but we wanted to provide an incentivized way for users as they play their favorite games.
